1. Our Services

TKGP provides educational, developmental and community-focused services designed to encourage learning, understanding, reflection, communication and personal development.

The nature and scope of each service will be explained at the time of booking.

Some activities may involve discussion of sensitive subjects or lived experiences. Participants are never required to share personal information or experiences.

TKGP's educational and developmental work does not replace medical, psychiatric, legal or other specialist professional services.

2. Bookings

Where a service requires advance booking:

• Your appointment or place is confirmed once the booking requirements have been completed.

• Where payment is required, payment must be made by the stated deadline.

• Bookings are generally for the named person unless otherwise agreed.

• Please provide accurate contact information so that we can communicate important booking information.

• Specific services or events may have additional booking requirements, which will be explained before booking.

3. Appointments and Services

Please arrive or be available at the agreed time for your appointment or service.

Where an appointment needs to be changed, please contact TKGP as soon as possible.

Appointment changes are subject to availability.

Our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the arrangements that apply when a customer cancels an appointment or booking.

4. Events and Workshops

TKGP aims to deliver events and workshops as described when booked.

However, circumstances may occasionally require reasonable changes to:

• speakers or contributors;

• programme content;

• timings;

• venue arrangements; or

• delivery arrangements.

Where a significant change affects the nature of an event or service, TKGP will communicate this to participants where reasonably possible.

5. Participant Conduct

We aim to create environments based on respect, dignity, compassion and fairness.

Participants are expected to:

• treat others respectfully;

• respect personal boundaries;

• respect confidentiality;

• avoid bullying, harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour;

• avoid pressuring others to disclose personal information; and

• respect another person's right to participate, listen or step away.

TKGP reserves the right to refuse or end participation where behaviour creates a serious concern for the safety or wellbeing of others.

6. Confidentiality and Personal Information

We respect the privacy of people who engage with our services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with TKGP's privacy and data protection arrangements.

Participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of personal information shared by others during workshops, discussions and events.

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where information must be shared because of safeguarding concerns, serious risk of harm or a legal requirement.

7. Safeguarding

TKGP takes safeguarding seriously.

Where a safeguarding concern arises, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our safeguarding procedures and applicable requirements.

This may include sharing relevant information with appropriate authorities or professionals where necessary to protect a child or vulnerable person.

8. Intellectual Property

Educational materials, written works, resources, presentations, methodologies and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective creator or rights holder unless ownership has been expressly transferred in writing.

Purchasing or participating in a TKGP service does not give permission to reproduce, publish, sell, teach, distribute or commercially use TKGP or Rare Diamond materials without appropriate permission.

9. Use of Our Materials

Materials provided by TKGP are intended for the purpose for which they have been supplied.

Unless permission has been given in writing, customers and participants must not:

• reproduce materials for commercial use;

• distribute or sell materials;

• present the materials as their own;

• alter and republish materials as their own work; or

• use TKGP or Rare Diamond materials to provide their own training, workshops or services.

 

10. Liability

TKGP will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

Participants remain responsible for making their own decisions about whether a particular service or activity is suitable for their circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

TKGP may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, procedures or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
