Cancelling an Appointment or Booking

If you need to cancel your appointment or booking and require a refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Less than 24 hours' notice means the payment is non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected and serious circumstances can sometimes arise.

Where a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before an appointment because of exceptional circumstances, TKGP may consider the request for a refund on an individual basis.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances.

Please contact us as soon as possible and explain the circumstances affecting your attendance.

Changing an Appointment

If you would like to change your appointment rather than cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Appointment changes are subject to availability.

Non-Attendance

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or service without giving the required cancellation notice, the payment is non-refundable, unless TKGP agrees that exceptional circumstances apply.

If TKGP Cancels

If TKGP needs to cancel an appointment, service, workshop or event, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

• an alternative appointment or date; or

• a refund of the amount paid.
