Rare Diamond is the founder and developer of the Through Knowledge Gain Power educational platform and methodology an approach developed from years of working with individuals, families and communities around personal development, relationships, emotional wellbeing and lived experience.
The name Rare Diamond represents something important to me.
Diamonds are not created because life has always been easy. They are shaped through pressure, time, transformation and endurance. Yet every diamond is different.
So are people.
I believe that every person has something of value within them, regardless of their circumstances, experiences or the challenges they may have faced.
MY APPROACH
My approach is about creating opportunities for people to look, question, understand and discover.
I recognise that people learn differently and that every person's journey is unique.
Different walks of life. Different gems.
Through Knowledge Gain Power is designed to provide knowledge, reflection and practical learning that can help people see their circumstances through a different lens.
THE RARE DIAMOND FRAMEWORK
The Rare Diamond framework brings together education, lived experience, reflection and practical learning.
It explores areas including:
self-awareness · relationships · communication · wellbeing · boundaries · accountability · resilience · personal growth.
It is a bridge, not a medical platform. Where appropriate, the work can help people recognise when they may benefit from further support.
MY PHILOSOPHY
A boot camp with love, class and empathy.
The work encourages honesty and self-reflection without shame or judgement.
The door is open, but no one will ever be forced to enter.
My aim is simple:

MY INVITATION TO EXAMINE YOURSELF WITHOUT JUDGEMENT
t invites people to pause and consider what may be happening beneath the surface.
What are we carrying?
What are we avoiding?
What have we become accustomed to?
What do we need?
What might we understand differently if we looked at ourselves with greater honesty and compassion?
Removing The Mask is not about forcing anyone to reveal what they are not ready to share.
The door is open ... But no one will ever be forced to enter.
My aim is simple:

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WORK
My works are shaped not only by education and experience, but by listening to people and recognising the importance of understanding what may lie beneath the surface.
My own life experiences, including living with multiple sclerosis, have also contributed to my understanding of resilience, adaptation and the importance of seeing the person rather than simply the circumstances they may be facing.
My work continues to develop through observation, reflection, lived experience and the voices of those I have supported.
